B. Acquisition Criteria for Developable Land

Land zoned for retail, office, industrial or mixed use projects. Land should be capable of yielding, with appropriate parking, at least the following:
a) Retail — 30,000 sq. ft.
b) Office — 30,000 sq. ft.
c) Industrial — 75,000 sq. ft.
d) Mixed use — 50,000 sq. ft. of office/retail (could have residential component as well)
e) Retail pad site — 5,000 sq. ft.
