Jeffrey T. Cashman
Vice President
Jeff Cashman joined MacKenzie Contracting Company in May of 1994 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in January 2007. His day-to-day responsibilities include preparing conceptual through bid document estimates, contract and bid negotiations, monthly budget reviews, subcontractor scheduling updates and coordination with project superintendents, quality control from the start of the project through the punch list process and move-in.
Jeff brings over 16 years experience to the MacKenzie team, which includes new building construction and tenant fit-out projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. Michael's College in Vermont. Jeff has completed well over 250 projects to date for just some of the following clients: Towson University, University of Maryland, University of Maryland at Baltimore, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Legg Mason Wood Walker, George Washington University Hospital, Franklin Square Hospital, Villa Julie College, Comcast, CheckFree Corporation, Sun Trust Lending, and State Employees Credit Union.

Project Experience
CheckFree Corporation — 28,500 SF of renovated office space located in Owings Mills, Maryland.
Sun Trust Leasing — 18,800 SF of renovated office space located in Towson, Maryland.
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center — Multiple projects have been completed for this owner which includes exam rooms, medical laboratory facilities, forensic labs, new MRI facility, chapel and education center.
State Employees Credit Union — 16,000 SF of renovated office space located in Linthicum, Maryland.
Towson University — 8,800 SF of ceiling removal/replacement including new drywall bulkheads, light fixtures, spray fireproofing and a new sprinkler system for Susquehanna Dining Hall.
George Washington University Out-Patient Surgery Center — 14,930 SF of renovation located in downtown Washington, DC. office building converted to five operating rooms with pre-op and post-op areas, new lobby, staff and patient locker rooms and a new elevator.
