Julio Purcell has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate
and specializes in office leasing and sales. Julio's background in
property/asset management provides a benefit for both the landlords
and tenants he represents. Julio knows what motivates both parties, and
therefore gets deals done. Julio focuses his business along the Central
Business corridor of Baltimore County. Julio is also a member of the
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a member of MacKenzie's
Heathcare Practice Group.
Julio has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Richmond, and
a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
