As a Senior Property Manager, Kelly is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of her portfolio including contract administration,
property inspection, annual operation budget preparation, capital
improvement recommendations, and improvement project
management. She has more than seven years of experience in
management and has a Masters in Business Administration. She is
on the Board of the
Building Owners' and Managers' Association (BOMA). Kelly's portfolio
consists of 13 buildings totaling over 900,000 square feet.
