As a Senior Property Manager, Shannon McCraw is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of tenant relations, contract administration, property inspections, annual operating budget preparation, and capital improvement recommendations. McCraw, a graduate of Villa Julie College, brings more than eight years in the commercial property management industry to the team. Formerly, she worked as a property manager for KLNB Management and Colliers Pinkard. In addition, she has worked for Continental Realty and Trammell Crow Company. McCraw is the recipient of a 2004 BOMA Building Achievement Award and will be responsible for the management of several office buildings in Towson including York Green, Lake Falls Village, and West Road Corporate Center.
